Refund and Return Policy for INDYCRAFTY
At INDYCRAFTY, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience seamless. Please review our Refund and Return Policy for a hassle-free process.
Return and Refund Eligibility:
- We offer a 5-day hassle-free return period from the date of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items.
- Personal hygiene products, including Towels, Bathrobes, and Napkins, are non-returnable due to hygiene considerations.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
1. Opening Video Requirement: Customers must provide an opening video of the product received to initiate a return or refund claim.
2. Free Reverse Pickup: We provide reverse pickup services at no extra cost where available. If pickup is unavailable in your area, the return must be sent back at the customer’s expense.
3. COD Orders: A coupon code equivalent to the returned product’s value will be issued within 5 business days to the registered email or contact number.
4. Product Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Products returned in poor condition will not be refunded.
5. Processing Time: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the return, visible in your bank account thereafter.
6. Refund for COD: COD orders will receive a coupon code valid for 1 year from issuance.
7. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Order Cancellations: Cancellations are possible only before the order has been dispatched.
9. Exchange Limitations: Once an exchange is delivered, no further exchanges or refunds will be provided for that order.
10. Customized Orders: Customized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
